Bespoke Video Q&A

This is a 2 minute video, yours would be longer! And as we are in a post pandemic world, I may even have a haircut!

Your 10-15 minute video will include answer to your questions and may also include a small reading.

Step 1.

Talk with your class about the amazing opportunity to ask an author anything they would like to know. I’m happy to answer any questions about the content of our books or about the process of writing and illustrating or about being an artist, a map maker, a migrant.

Select your favourite questions and have them ready for the form that will appear in the next step. Perhaps you would like me to show you how I draw something? I can also do that!

I will fit in as many of your questions or requests as possible, and if there is time, I’ll read the book too!

Step 2.

Have you got your questions or requests ready? Then, lets go!

Once I have received payment I will produce your bespoke video.

Please bear in mind there may be some dates when there is higher demand (around big days in the book calendar) so a longer lead time may be required. I will do my best to produce your video within a week.

Step 3.

Once I have recorded and edited your video message (it may take a few goes!) I will upload it as a private video on my YouTube channel and send you a link.

Then you can play it whenever it suits you and as often as you want for your class.

I will remain copyright holder of the video and you will have licence to use it within your school. The video will expire after one year.

Ceramics shop

Whereas books, zines and prints can be reprinted, ceramics are one of a kind objects. Glazes develop in unique unrepeatable patterns depending on what else is around them while they fire in the kiln..

I very occasionally sell my pieces at small local markets around Cambridge, or online which I advertise on Instagram. If you do see something you would like to buy at other times, please do get in touch!
